I got a chalazion on both eyelids.. ive had them since around 2012. I am trying to decide whether I should have surgical removal or not. Is it too late to try non surgical treatment i.e. compress or must i now have surgery as chalazion may have hardened over time?

Estuve en un tratamiento por Blefaritis aguda , después me recomendo él médico para que no volviera mi enfermedad lavar todos los día con shampoo de bebé y agua tibia por siempre (es decir en especial la parte de las pestaña). Tengo dos años aproximado sana de mi ojos.

Lavate l9s ojos con agua caliente hervida mejor no sea del grifo y luego termina con fria

Para la blefaritis se limpia los ojos con gasa esteril en las pestañas superiores e inferiores con un jabon de ojos en farmacia

Yo no uso compresas para el ojo si no gasas esteriles

I just took this test but they used a headset that I had to wear, the technician never told me I could blink while being tested, so I tried not to blink and by eyes got all watery, but I guess the test was good because I didn't have to retake it.

I had been taking this type of test for 15 years with one glaucoma-fellowship trained eye doctor. I moved to a different state, and at my new ophthalmologist's clinic they used virtual reality goggles. The MD actually said that she is suspicious that I don't have glaucoma! I had a perfect test. The goggle method is supposedly more accurate, and glaucoma is often over diagnosed. She will dilate me on my next visit in 6 weeks to see the optic nerve better, but I may be able to stop my latanoprost. I never expected a possible outcome like this. New doctor is also fellowship trained in glaucoma, but is younger than former doctor. I would love to be off the drops. We shall see in six weeks. Any comments? Thanks

So I (think) I have diplopia (?) seeing double especially past 10 feet away when it progressively gets worse (like watching TV, I see two people instead of one). Is this the right exercise to help it? Looking at the video, so basically I have to actually get my eyes to cross to the center? Wouldn't that make the eyes seeing double instead of making the object looks like a single object? Thanks for the clarification in advance..would love to improve my vision as I'm frustrated multiple docs/optometrists say I only have "cylindrical" vision and they're negligible according to them!
